Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped watermelon, chilled
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled, sliced into half moons
- ¼ cup radish, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon sumac
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- Olive oil
- 4 ounces feta cheese
Preparation
Combine watermelon with cucumber, radish, onion and herbs in a bowl. Sprinkle with sumac, salt and a generous pour of olive oil. Cover; marinate refrigerated for at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
