Every August, selected playwrights gather in Ojai to collaborate with actors, directors and dramaturgs to refine their visions and present public readings of their new plays for audience feedback during the Summer New Works Festival. Their 20-year Celebrity Show and Gala Dinner take place Saturday, Apr. 8, at 4pm and 6pm, respectively.
