Our organic walnuts are grown in Northern California and harvested every fall in late October. We want you to have access to FRESH, AMAZING tasting walnuts so we ship our nuts directly to you after harvest. 

Our convenient pre-order service is available starting in April so you may reserve as many pounds of CORKY'S NUTS from our seasonal crop as your heart desires. Come December, once your walnuts have been harvested, cracked out, and hand-packaged, we ship these beauties directly to you. We can't wait either!

We handcraft all of our products in small batches throughout the year in our certified organic (CCOF) production facility. 

When our annual harvest sells out, that's it. We recommend getting enough to last you and your family for the year (10-12lbs). Just like the squirrels do!

By offering our crop seasonally, you are able to experience a smooth, buttery tasting walnut, fresh off the tree.
