Sommelier Showcase at Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach
Join Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach Saturday, February 17th from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm for an evening of wine tasting education at signature restaurant Ox & Ocean. The resort's resident level three sommelier, Ricardo Cubias, is taking guests and locals on a wine journey to some of California’s best vineyards in this fun and interactive event. With his decades of experience, Ricardo will teach the proper art of wine through tasting techniques, glassware recommendations and tips for what to look for in your next bottle.
