Smoked pork sausage, spicy mustard, sauerkraut
Cabbage roll, fennel, sage, stinging nettle, white mustard
Bacon-wrapped date, goat cheese, rosemary

Pecan pie bars made with Grist and Toll Sonora flour, pecans and bourbon. Blueberry buckle bars with fresh local blueberries and Sonora flour.

Organic lemon and wild lavender shrub with Ventura Spirits Wilder Gin and soda. Hardwood smoked Manhattan made with Liberty Call Distilling California 4 Grain Whiskey, smoked vermouth and hand made bitters.
