Walnut “Milk” Punch

Though this is a chilled cocktail, it has the soothing flavor of warm spices, perfect for a mild winter evening.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces walnut “milk” (use recipe below or make with any nut or dairy milk of preference)
  • 2 ounces whiskey
  • ½ ounce maple syrup
  • Freshly grated nutmeg (1 hearty grating or 2 dashes of ground)

Preparation

Blend in high-speed blender and pour over ice. Garnish with one more dash of nutmeg.
