Ingredients

SERVINGS: 4 depending on serving size Serving(s)
  • 3–4 frozen small oranges (peeled and cut into chunks before freezing)
  • 4–6 medium-to-large frozen organic strawberries
  • ¼ cup honey, preferably local
  • 1–2 cups nut milk (coconut or almond milk works great)
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract, optional

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well. If slush is too thick, add more nut milk, as needed to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately as a slushie drink. Alternatively, put mixture in freezer for an hour and serve as sherbet.
