VC Lavender Tea Party

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 1½ ounces Black Tea-Lavender Vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ounce agave syrup
  • 1 egg white (or 1½ tablespoons pasteurized liquid egg whites)
  • 1 lavender sprig as garnish
Black Tea-Lavender Vodka
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 2 cups your favorite vodka
  • ¾ cup fresh lavender, cut into pieces (flowers, stems and leaves)

Preparation

Pour all ingredients, except lavender sprig, in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Add ice and shake vigorously again. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lavender sprig.

Black Tea-Lavender Vodka

Place tea bags and lavender in a lidded glass container. Pour in vodka. Top with a lid and put in a cool, dark place for 24 hours.

To use, strain vodka and discard tea bags and lavender. Store infused vodka in the refrigerator.
