Smoked Paprika Oil

Ingredients

SERVINGS: ¼ Cup(s)
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika

Preparation

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a small pan until just warm. Remove from heat. Sprinkle paprika over oil and stir until blended into oil. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Store oil in an air-tight container.
