Tony Hernandez

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Tony Hernandez first developed a passion for food from his Cuban family. He opened Cienfuegos Cuban Café in Simi Valley in 2017 as an homage to his late father. The restaurant has grown from a farmers’ market pop-up to a brick-and-mortar sandwich and coffee shop, also offering full plates, beer and wine, live music, as well as robust catering and event services.
