At Great Harvest Bread Company, we specialize in freshly baked whole grain bread, made from high-protein wheat purchased from family-owned farms in Northwestern Montana. We grind ALL of our 100% whole wheat flour fresh everyday on our European stone mill right here in our bakery. Unlike some other bakeries, we never use preservatives, artificial dough conditioners, artificial sweeteners, or frozen dough that's trucked in from a factory somewhere.
