Susan J. Speer is a registered dietitian and oncology nutrition specialist at The Cancer Center at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard. She has developed and taught programs in health promotion and disease management for over 30 years. She was the 2015 Fainer-Tauber Allied Health Professional of the Year in Ventura County
