Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
- ¼ cup fresh ricotta (whole or part skim)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg, optional
