Ingredients
- Sugar for glass rim
- ½ ounce Pineapple Guava Shrub (Sideyard Shrubs)
- 1½ ounces tequila or La Paloma (Ventura Spirits)
- 1 ounce lime juice, fresh-squeezed organic
- ½ ounce Amaro Angeleno (Ventura Spirits)
- Lime slice, for garnish
Preparation
Sugar the rim of glass by rubbing the top edge with the squeezed lime then dipping it into a plate or bowl filled with sugar. Fill glass with ice cubes. Add shrub, followed by remaining ingredients. Stir to combine, and garnish with a slice of lime.
