- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Mexican crema or zero-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1–2 teaspoons of your favorite hot sauce, sriracha or chipotle chile
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Do not process in a blender as it may become too thin.
Chill; serve with your favorite fish or shrimp tacos.
Keeps 4 days refrigerated.
