Michelle Lopez

Michelle Lopez, of the Ojai Valley, has a bachelor’s degree in zoology with a minor in botany and started her career as a wildlife biologist. Later she transformed her love for wildlife to wild microorganisms. She creates a unique product using local organic ingredients and aging them much like a fine wine.
