Ivan Medina

Ivan Medina developed a strong passion for the culinary arts from his exposure to home-cooked meals throughout his early life. He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, the returned to his hometown, Camarillo, to serve as the executive chef at his family-owned business, Sheila's Wine Bar.
