Cooking Classes are held twice a month at SpiceTopia. Classes are a full demonstration and sampling of each dish. Each participant goes home with the recipes and fun cooking tips! Classes are 6:30–8:30pm. Call to register.

 

March 13 – Essential American Seafood with Chef Gil

  • Broiled herb lemon salmon

March 14 – Asian Style soups with Chef Gil

  • Vietnamese Pho
  • Japanese Ramen
  • Korean Spicy Beef soup
  • Thai coconut soup

March 21 – Pizza Night With Chef Lu

  • Basic Pizza Dough
  • Easy Pizza Sauce
  • Margherita Pizza
  • Shrimp and Pesto Pizza
  • Pepperoni, Mushroom and Olive Calzone

April 10 – Plant Based Main Dishes with Chef Gil

  • Black bean cakes
  • Braised curry tofu
  • Glazed fried tempeh
  • Vegetable jambalaya

April 25 – Happy Cinco De Mayo With Chef Lu

  • Chicken Tortilla Soup
  • Cheese Enchiladas with Homemade Red Sauce
  • Taco Bar with Chili Rubbed Beef
  • Cumin Spiced Chicken
