John and I both grew up in Visalia, likely passing each other countless times without knowing it. It wasn’t until mutual friends brought us together that we finally connected—and from that moment on, everything fell into place.
We got married at Allegretto, a venue that felt like it was made for us—the perfect blend of Tuscan charm and timeless romance. From the moment we saw it, we knew it was where we wanted to start our forever.
ADVICE FROM THE BRIDE
Don’t get so caught up in the details that you forget what the day is really about. Take little moments throughout your wedding to pause, breathe, and soak it all in—it truly goes by so fast.
We chose an elegant black-and-white theme, which gave the whole day a classic and sophisticated feel. Every detail came together so beautifully, thanks to our incredible wedding planner, Giovanna from Olive and Grace Events, who truly brought our vision to life.
The day itself couldn’t have been more perfect. It felt like a dream—surrounded by the people we love, in a place that reflected everything we imagined for our wedding.
Incorporating local and sustainable elements was important to us because we wanted our wedding to truly reflect the Central Coast, a place that means so much to us. We kicked off the celebrations with a Central Coast– themed welcome party, inspired by our memories of vacationing in Pismo Beach. Th e evening featured coastal appetizers, signature drinks and a beautiful white-andblue design that captured the relaxed, coastal feel we love.
For the wedding itself, we continued that approach by serving wines from local vineyards and creating a menu centered on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
