We were curious where the name for Tiffany Buchanan’s company came from so we asked.

Here’s what she said: “When I first started the company (in 2012), I was experimenting with lots of pop flavors trying to come up with the whole product line so I always had tons of pops in my freezer,” she explains.  “My youngest son was 8 years old at the time and had his best friend over to play. They came into the kitchen asking if they could have a “freezer monkey.” I didn't know what they were talking about until they explained that that's what they called my pops since I couldn't use the word Popsicle in the packaging because it's trademarked. When it came time to naming the company, Freezer Monkey just stuck.”
