Amanda M. Faison spent 12 years as the food editor of 5280, Denver’s city magazine, and has published stories in Sunset, Food & Wine, Cooking Light, Elle Decor, InStyle and Travel & Leisure. She has edited three cookbooks and twice judged the James Beard Foundation’s annual cookbook awards.
