- 3–4 frozen small oranges (peeled and cut into chunks before freezing)
- 4–6 medium-to-large frozen organic strawberries
- ¼ cup honey, preferably local
- 1–2 cups nut milk (coconut or almond milk works great)
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract, optional
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well. If slush is too thick, add more nut milk, as needed to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately as a slushie drink. Alternatively, put mixture in freezer for an hour and serve as sherbet.
