Tea 101

We will feature and taste 10 teas while discussing their origin. We will teach you how tea is harvested and processed in order to better understand the grading of tea. Different teas can be steeped various ways, every part of making tea including water temperature can make a difference. We will discuss several topics revolving around the health benefits of the different types of tea. One of these topics will be about caffeine and the difference between tea and coffee effects.
