Tall Ships at Channel Islands Harbor

Ventura County residents and visitors will have an opportunity to raise sails, sing sea shanties, and learn about life on tall ships when the Hawaiian Chieftain and Lady Washington visit the Channel Islands Harbor from February 6-13.

These one-of-a-kind tall ships based out of Grays Harbor, Washington will be docked near the Ventura County Harbor Patrol offices, 3900 Pelican Way Oxnard, CA 93035.

The Lady Washington, a replica of the first American ship to round Cape Horn and land in the Pacific Northwest and the Hawaiian Chieftain, a replica of a sailing vessel that ran the trading routes in the 1800s, will be open for walk-on tours, battle and adventure sails, and a passage cruise to Ventura Harbor.
