Learning to eat better, while eating well, through hands-on cooking classes and experiences led by registered dietitians. Classes are 6:30–8:30pm.

Farm-to-Table Fridays - a series of cooking demos featuring local, healthy and sustainable dishes, followed by communal dining experiences filled with flavorful food and fun conversation.
